- It was when I saw the amazing
tinto prints of a Japanese artist that I began to think in terms of the
image as a focused meditational point within the space of the viewers'
vision in the presentation.
These images are not just reflections of reality but links with fantasy and dream, almost ritual, totemic or iconographic in nature reaching out to the unconscious, the emotion and the aesthetic nature of the spirit much as dance and scuplture do.
This form of presentation is conducive to encourage a meditative contemplation and reflection.
